The QS Series USB module allows the rapid addition of USB to virtually any device. Housed in a compact SMD package, the module provides a complete solution for converting data between USB and CMOS / TTL logic level serial sources. Connect your device to a USB port with the QS Series USB interface module. Use it to set up communication between a PC and a serial device such as a microcontroller, Linx RF module or legacy peripheral that has no native USB port.
Unplug the external drive from the USB ports. Shut down your computer (be sure to shut it down fully, don't just restart it). With the computer powered off, plug in the external drive to the USB ports. Restart the computer and let it boot up. Reinstall a device incorrectly identified by Device Manager: Open Device Manager and plug in the drive. Continue as is described in documentation, in other case USB can be only selected as interface. Update: be carefully with driver OS compatibility, especially if you have Win7 x64 OS, check it. Update2: another hint can be start ProSave (in case of make backup) and select required panel/hmi type.
Driver Installation Procedure: Plug your NESDR into an available USB port. If you don't have a standard USB port, you may still be able to connect your NESDR with USB On-The-Go (OTG) using an appropriate cable. A USB OTG bundle can be purchased here. Install the driver with the software link above.
Benefits
- Connect serial devices: convert CMOS/TTL signals to USB and back again
- Ensure compatibility: Microsoft certified drivers work with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 10 (32- and 64-bit)
- Integrate with ease: simple hardware configuration lets you translate data without programming
- Streamline production: save time and money with modules that are already tested
